Due to maintenance issues, internal services may be inaccessible. This is an external issue which is currently being handled by CeNet and the CEO. This has now been resolved.

5th September 2011, 11:00am AEDST - Connection Problems
myInternet services are currently down due to a hardware migration. CeNet services may be inaccessible. This is an external issue that is currently being handled by the service provider. The expected ETA for this to be resolved is Thursday, 6th October 2011 from 11:00am AEDST. This has now been resolved.

5th September 2011, 1:52pm - myInternet Slow Connectivity Issues
Due to a hardware fault, the myInternet suite of services may be inaccessible. This is an external issue that is currently being handled by Editure and CeNet. There is no current ETA for this issue.

9th July 2011, 6:02pm - Email Sending Problems
myMail services may not send correctly. This is an external issue that is currently being handled by the service provider. ETA for repair is 11:00pm AEST. This may be revised when the latest update is received from the provider. This has now been resolved.

8th July 2011, 6:52pm - myMail Login Problems
myMail services may not display correctly. This is an external issue that is currently being handled by the service provider. ETA for repair is 10:00pm AEST. This may be revised when the latest update is received from the provider. This has no been resolved.

6th June 2011, 5:28pm - Connection Problems
myInternet services are currently down. CeNet services may be inaccessible. This is an external issue that is currently being handled by the service provider. Campus-internet access has been restored, but there may be connection problems to myMail. Full services are not expected to be brought back online until 5:30pm Tuesday, the 7th June 2011 AEST. This has now been resolved.

24th January 2011, 12:01am - Timetables updating on myInfo
Online access to timetables via myInfo will be available from Friday, the 28th January. Use your GSCC network login to access the myInfo service.

Due to scheduled upgrades, the myInternet suite of services may be inaccessible from 6:00pm AEDST for maintenance. This is an external issue which is currently being handled by CeNet. The upgrade is due to be finalised by Wednesday, the 12th January. This has now been resolved.

The online Year 9 2011 Subject Selections System will be available on myInfo from Wednesday, the 18th August at 3:30pm.

The myMail service is currently down due to a non-responding mail server. This is an external issue, and Editure is inspecting the issue as a priority. Expected turnaround for this issue to be resolved: 1 hour. This has now been resolved.

The myMail service is currently down due to a non-responding mail server. This is an external issue, and Editure is inspecting the issue as a priority. Expected turnaround for this issue to be resolved: 1.5 hours. This has now been resolved.

3rd January 2008, 11:52pm - Scheduled Upgrades
Due to scheduled ugrades, the myInternet suite of services may be inaccessible. The service upgrades will be ongoing until the end of the month. This includes all SAS services. This has now been resolved.

16th July 2007 - FilesBox Display Errors
Service provider is inspecting a problem with the files box property not being displayed properly in myClasses. This has now been resolved.
