A number of Good Samaritan Catholic College's senior students have been busy designing and constructing with robotics technology.
As part of Information and Processes and Technology's (IPT) Developing Information Systems topic, our students were given the task of researching and analysing a viable remote-controlled vehicle system that was able to input directions from a user and correctly enact on those directions.
The students also had to think of ways that the vehicle could collect data from specified sensors to aid in the movement of the vehicle.
Through the use of the Lego EV3 mindstorms build kit, our students certainly came up with a number of unique designs for the task!
