A wonderful community - Primary Schools wish our Year 12s the very best

Our Year 12 students have had a different journey in their HSC examination preparations this year. The Covid-19 restrictions and lockdowns meant that much of Term 3 was remote learning for our Year 12 students, however their ongoing resilience and positive attitudes prevailed. One special group who continued to keep our Year 12's in their thoughts though, were our Primary Schools. Despite the busyness and challenges of a different year so far, students and staff at our local Primary Schools found time to make special Care Packs for our Year 12 students, and this special gesture brought a wonderful morale boost to our Year 12 cohort today.

The packs included lollies, small treats, a prayer card, and even a special message to each student in Year 12.

The Good Samaritan Catholic College community would like to especially thank the students and staff at Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School, Hoxton Park, St Therese Catholic Primary School, Sadleir Miller and St Francis Xavier Catholic Primary School, Lurnea for making the special packs for each of our Year 12 students. They absolutely appreciated the wonderful packs that were given to them!
