With just under 2 weeks to go until our official journey to the Australian Catholic Youth Festival (ACYF) commences; our GSCC ACYF Pilgrims joined the hundreds of others from various schools for the Commissioning Mass at St Mary's Cathedral in Sydney. The mass was celebrated by Archbishop Anthony Fisher OP. He gave a blessing to the pilgrims as they formally begin their spiritual journey in early December. Following the success of the Festival that was held in Sydney in 2017; our students are excited to be part of ACYF in 2019, this time with Perth hosting the national Catholic Youth event.
